Moin Moin und herzlich willkommen, Du hast dich für das ERASMUS Programm entschieden und bist bei uns im echten Norden von Deutschland gelandet. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass du hier bist. Wir sind die Fachschaft, was bedeutet, dass wir verantwortlich dafür sind unsere Studenten gegenüber anderen Instanzen der Uni, wie zum Beispiel dem Dekan, zu repräsentieren, sind aber auch immer für euch da, wenn ihr Fragen oder Probleme bezüglich eurer Zeit in Kiel habt. Außerdem gibt es als Ansprechpartner noch Prof. Fickenscher, Chef der Abteilung Infektionsmedizin und Verantwortlicher für das ERASMUS Programm unserer Fakultät. Kontaktinformationen findet ihr hier. ERASMUS Medizin Kiel – Buddy System für Incomings Medizinische Fakultät

 

Moin liebe Incomings!

Wir sind die “Fachschaft Medizin Kiel”, also die studentische Selbstverwaltung und Interessenvertretung der Medizinstudierenden der CAU zu Kiel.

Um euren Start ins ERASMUS-Semester hier bei uns in Kiel zu erleichtern, bieten wir euch an, an unserem Buddy-System teilzunehmen. Im Buddy-System bekommt ihr eine:n Kieler Medizinstudi als feste:n Ansprechpartner:in zur Seite gestellt, der:die euch alle Fragen zum Studium, zur Freizeitgestaltung und dem Partyleben in Kiel beantwortet. 

 

Wer kann teilnehmen? – ausländische Studierende, die im Rahmen eines ERASMUS-Semesters an der medizinischen Fakultät Kiel eingeschrieben sind

 

Wie kann man teilnehmen? – meldet euch per E-Mail bei der Fachschaft Medizin Kiel info@fs-medizin.uni-kiel.de. Wir freuen uns, wenn ihr ein bisschen was zu euch erzählt (z. B. wie alt ihr seid, welche Sprachen ihr sprecht, in welchem Semester ihr seid, was ihr in eurer Freizeit macht, Handynummer), damit wir möglichst einen passenden Buddy für euch finden. 

 

Was müsst ihr beachten? – da das Angebot von Ehrenamtlichen getragen wird, können wir euch nicht garantieren, dass wir immer für jede:n einen Buddy finden und auch nicht, dass die Studierenden immer alle eure Fragen beantworten können.

Hello and welcome,

you decided to join the ERASMUS Program and ended up in the north of Germany. We are happy to have you here.

We are the „Fachschaft“ which means, that we are responsible for representing our students to other representatives of the university such as the deanery and are generally here for you if you have any questions or problems regarding your time here in Kiel.

Furthermore, you have Prof. Fickenscher. He is the head of the Department of Infectiology and Microbiology and he is responsible for the Erasmus program at our faculty. Contact information you can find here

We are the “Fachschaft Medizin Kiel”,the students organization that represents the medical students of the CAU of Kiel towards the university and organizes many things surrounding studying.

To make the start into your Erasmus semester easier, we would like to offer you to participate in our buddy system.

In the buddy system we match you with a medical student from Kiel who will help you with your questions considering studying, free time and partying in Kiel.

 

Who can participate? – foreign students who are spending an Erasmus semester at the Medical Faculty at Kiel University.

 

How can you participate? – register yourself by writing an e-mail to Fachschaft Medizin Kiel info@fs-medizin.uni-kiel.de . We would be happy if you could tell us a bit about yourself (your age, which languages you speak, which semester you’re in, how you spend your free time, phone number) so that we can find a matching buddy. 

 

what to keep in mind? – since all the students from Kiel participate voluntarily in their free time, we can not guarantee that we will always find a buddy for everyone. Also, they might not always be able to answer all your questions.
